Dr. Elliott is an expert witness in County, Federal and Supreme Courts and has extensive trial experience. He has testified for plaintiffs and defendants in trials, depositions, mediations and arbitrations in the USA and overseas, including Venezuela and South Africa.
He is court-qualified and has been accepted as an expert in metallurgy, materials engineering, corrosion and failure analysis.
